About Us
Who We Are
Our work is grounded in both ancient and modern traditions of systemic thinking. By combining direct intuitive perception with rational analysis, we develop a more precise and comprehensive understanding of complex phenomena.
We are an independent research group that develops analytical and consulting tools as well as educational formats. This independence gives us the freedom to pursue unconventional thinking and to develop innovative, systemically grounded solutions.
We address all those working in research, consulting, and education who seek holistic yet verifiable approaches to complex challenges. In all our work, the human being remains at the centre — both the source and the measure of understanding.

Our Guiding Principles
The Observer and the Act of Knowing
We promote the return of the observer and subjective insight to the heart of scientific and analytical inquiry.
Fundamental Principles
Our work is based on universal principles that govern how systems are structured and function.
The Human as a Measure
We regard the human being as a universal frame of reference — enabling a consistent focus on sustainable, holistic solutions across all areas of life.
Synthesis of Approaches
We combine personal and transpersonal levels of analysis, supporting insights with objective data to ensure clarity, coherence and reliability.
Fractality
We regard fractality as a fundamental organising principle of all systems and of life itself — recurring across all scales and structures.
Hierarchisation
We base our systems analysis on the identification of structural hierarchies among the elements of a system.
